Book Your AppointmentWhat to Bring to Your Notarization
To ensure a smooth and legal notarization process, please make sure all signers are present and have the following items ready at the time of your appointment:
1. A Valid, Government-Issued Photo ID
- Acceptable IDs include an unexpired Driver’s License, State ID Card, U.S. Passport, Military ID, or Permanent Resident Card.
- Note: The name on your ID must match the name on the document to be signed.
2. The Complete Document(s)
- Bring the full document, including all pages and attachments—not just the signature page.
- Do not sign or date the document in advance. Most documents must be signed in the physical presence of the notary.
3. All Required Signers & Witnesses
- Everyone who needs to sign the document must be physically present and mentally competent.
- If your document requires independent witnesses, please arrange for them to attend or let us know in advance if witness services are needed.
4. Form of Payment
- Payment for notary fees is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and corporate checks.
- Drive and wait time charges may be applicable for distances greater than 10 miles.
