Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: October 13, 2026

BSG Notary, LLC wants its website to be usable by as many people as possible. This statement explains the accessibility improvements we are working on and how to contact us if you need help.

Our accessibility commitment

BSG Notary, LLC is committed to making this website usable and accessible to people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target and continue to improve the experience.

Accessibility work

Accessibility is part of our ongoing website work. The shared layout provides a keyboard-accessible skip-to-main-content link, and the mobile navigation supports Escape-to-close and focus return. Current checks cover text contrast for headings and interactive elements on desktop and mobile, and keyboard and form interactions in the contact flow. Pages also use headings and semantic page regions to make content easier to navigate.

Limits of this statement

These checks cover only selected parts of the site. They are not a complete accessibility audit, do not test every browser or assistive technology, and do not establish that the site fully conforms to WCAG or is ADA compliant. We do not claim accessibility certification.

Contact us about accessibility

If you encounter a barrier, need help using the website, or would like information in a different format, please contact us. It helps if you include the page and a short description of the issue. Please do not send private document details.

What to Bring to Your Notarization

To ensure a smooth and legal notarization process, please make sure all signers are present and have the following items ready at the time of your appointment:

    • Acceptable IDs include an unexpired Driver’s License, State ID Card, U.S. Passport, Military ID, or Permanent Resident Card.

  2. 2. The Complete Document(s)

  4. 4. Form of Payment

    • Payment for notary fees is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and corporate checks.
    • Drive and wait time charges may be applicable for distances greater than 10 miles.
