Florida law allows documents to be notarized online using audio-video technology. It is just as legally binding as an in-person signature. Our virtual notary services are available globally, domestic or international. Acceptance requirements vary by document and receiving jurisdiction; confirm that the recipient accepts remote online notarization before booking.

What You Need

A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, a valid photo ID, and a stable internet connection.

How It Works

We send you a secure link, verify your identity online, review the document together on screen, and apply the digital notary seal.

    • Drive and wait time charges may be applicable for distances greater than 10 miles.
